your first class
- Arrive 10 minutes before class time; you can store belongings in our waiting area or bring them into class and store in a cubby
- Wear comfortable clothes you can move in (T-shirt and leggings are great!) and shoes that are clean and supportive - you do not need dance shoes to start, however if you already have ballet slippers or jazz shoes you're welcome to wear them.
- Bring a water bottle - hydration will help you feel great during class and prevent soreness the next day
- Relax and have fun! You'll do great!
" There's an appreciation for everyone learning at their own pace and style. While classes are appropriately challenging, no one is pushed beyond their physical or mental capabilities."
